What we do: We provide airplanes, free of charge to those we serve, to deliver medical supplies, food, relief supplies, transportation for missionaries, medical professionals, patients, relief workers and others regardless their religious beliefs, race, age, gender or ethnicity.

Who we are: We are a 501 (c) (3), non-profit Operating Foundation organized exclusively to carry out our vision and mission.

What we believe: As a Christian Organization, we believe:

• That God has called us and given us a passion to meet the needs of the poor utilizing aviation as the primary vehicle.
• That the Bible is the absolute authority for our guiding principles and values.
• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• That prayer sustains and guides us as we continuously seek God’s will and direction for the work we do.
• We believethat the ultimate purpose in life is to know and glorify God and to attain eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 
• That man is created in the image of God.
• In man’s need of salvation: The Lord Jesus Christ died and shed His blood as a sacrifice for the sins of mankind, and that all who believe in Him are justified by His shed blood.
• That salvation is a free gift of God.
• That all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
• In the responsibility of the believer, motivated by love for Jesus Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit, to give witness of Jesus Christ, and to live in a manner that the Gospel may be proclaimed to the entire world in obedience to The Great Commission. And, in so doing, use all of the gifts God has provided to serve others in His name.

Code of Conduct:

• We will treat all people at all times with dignity and respect.
• We will seek God’s direction in everything we do.
• With every transaction, we give glory and honor to God.
• We will not make commitments we cannot honor.
• In every aspect of our aviation services, safety will be paramount.
• All of our financial resources will be utilized for those we serve.
• We will be held accountable as an organization and as individuals.
• We will adhere to our mission, values and belief’s and share the gospel message with words if the opportunity presents itself.
• We will not put conditions on the missions we undertake.
• We will conduct our self’s and our missions with the highest level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Stewardship:

• We believe that the resources provided to us came from and belong to God. Therefore, we will provide for policies and financial practices that adhere to biblical standards.

Accountability:

• As an organization, we will be held accountable to an objective third party audit/reporting entity for all financial activities.
• Management will be accountable to a Board of Directors to follow policy, maintain the highest ethical standards in all activities of the ministry, maintain the integrity of what we believe and make decisions consistent with our core values, biblical principals and biblical mandates.

Disclosure:

• We will maintain a policy of full disclosure to our constituency groups.
